Photo #8 was on a fast shutter speed to capture the motion in action, very crisp and clear. The shutter speed was around 1/200, give or take. The picture is of two girls in the middle of running and jumping, at a fairly good/close distance, and straight on. The lines on the ground of the track add to the photo, adding a sense of direction to the figures. The school behind the fence acts as the negative space. The lines become a pattern, and various objects (sweater, and fence) act as texture in the photo. There is also a good balance between light and dark.
Photo #3 is a picture of driving car, on a slow shutter speed. There is no exact shutter speed used; this picture was taken on an iPhone. The entire image is at a blur, but mostly the car, and the house is more clear. The picture was taken straight on, but sightly at an angle from the car. The picture is slightly divided in the rules of thirds, and there is visible negative and positive space (sky and car/house). Line is incorporated into the structure of the house, along with the pattern of the porch. The rain on the window acts as the texture in the photo, adding another "layer" to the photo.
